TAKHTBHAI: Sri Lankan Minister of Primary Industry, Daya Gamage, on Tuesday lauded the Government of Pakistan’s efforts for maintaining Buddhist sites across the country particularly in Takhtbhai.
Daya Gamage, and his better half, Mrs. Anoma Gamage, who is also a minister for petroleum and natural resources, were accompanying a group of some 16 monks, and eight women tourists to visit Takhbhai Buddhist monastery.
The visit for the Sri Lankan tourists was arranged by the Federal Secretary National History and LiteraryDivision, Mohsin S. Haqqani.
